Nando Silvestre


A tub of cream cheese, three eggs,  1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt sweetened and 3 tablespoons of flour, sixteen  tablespoons of sugar (4 tablespoons of sugar for the syrup),200 gr. of BLUEBERRIES and 200 gr. of RASPBERRIES.
Heat the oven to 200 ° C, in a bowl mix the cheese, eggs, yogurt, flour and sugar. Cover the pan with butter and add the mixture .Lower the oven temperature to 170 º C, cook about thirty minutes and let cool. In a saucepan put the RASPBERRIES and BLACKBERRIES  together with the sugar and cook over low heat for eight minutes and let cool. Cover the cheese cake with the berry topping and leave for about two hours in the fridge.
