Squid with BLACK TRUMPETS and vegetables.

12 squid or squid, a red pepper, a large tomato, ½ onion, three cloves of garlic, 50 ml. white wine, 50 gr. BLACK TRUMPETS  hydrated in olive oil for one hour at 60 ° (140°F), salt, pepper and oil.
Sauté the chopped onion and red pepper in the oil used to hydrate the BLACK TRUMPETS. When they are a bit tender, add the garlic and the grated tomato, season to taste. When ready, grind in a blender to make a smooth sauce. Clean the squid and grill over low heat.  Pour in the white wine and let reduce. Serve the sauce on the bottom.  Over this add the squid and the MUSHROOMS.
