50 gr. hydrated MUSHROOMS COCTEL,an onion, 500 gr. Spaghetti, 250 ml of cream,200 gr. of diced bacon and grated Parmesan cheese
Sauté the diced onion and when carmelized add the MUSHROOMS and bacon. Fry over low heat, add the cream and cook for a few minutes, check the salt. Boil the pasta for 10 minutes, drain and mix with sauce with mushrooms and bacon. Add the grated cheese and serve
