Gratin potatoes, zucchini and MUSHROOM MIX

Half a kilo of potatoes, COCKTAIL OF MUSHROOMS "NANDO WILD", half a kilo of courgettes, 250 gr. cream, 100 emmental cheese, oil and salt
Fry the potatoes cut into slices and set aside. Fry the chopped zucchini dice and reserve. In the same oil fry the mushrooms and hydrated as directions for use and store.
In a pan put the potatoes, zucchini and mushrooms and add the cream, grated cheese and salt, cook for an hour in the oven at 180 º C
