Sautéed MUSHROOMS, mushrooms and prawns

100 grams of mushrooms or 25 grams of dried mushrooms, 100 grams of mushrooms varied cocktail or 25 mushrooms, 150 grams of peeled shrimp, two eggs, salt, a small onion, two cloves of garlic, cooking cream, pepper and oil olive.
Finely chop onion and sauté in oil and garlic. Add the mushrooms cut into thin slices, add the shrimp, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs and add the cream, stir with a wooden spoon until the egg cooks.
