Meat and tomato sauce pasta with MUSHROOMS

A kilo of beef or lean beef, onion, parsley, four tomatoes, roasted tomatoes six, six garlic cloves,a kilo of mushrooms varied or 75 grams of dried porcini, 75 black trumpet and 50 grams of dried shiitake powder,oregano, basil,white wine  and olive oil.
In olive oil cook the meat with chopped fresh garlic, add the dried Italian spice mix, brown the meat and add the mushrooms.  Add the onion, parsley, bay leaves, tomato and a bit of chopped fresh basil and oregano, add the chopped onion and paprika. Remove the skin from the roasted tomatoes and put them in the blender with roasted garlic, fresh basil and oregano over the white wine and stir everything. Pour the sauce over the meat and spicy mushrooms, let boil and serve.
