MUSHROOMS, leeks, and goat cheese pie:

Frozen dough for pies, two leeks, 150 grams of goat cheese, 300 grams of mushrooms varied or 50 grams of dried mushrooms, 200 ml cream, three eggs, salt, olive oil and pepper.
 
Take a spring-form pie pan, and line with the dough, prick with a fork all over the bottom and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Sauté chopped leeks in olive oil.  Add chopped mushrooms, Sauté. Add the beaten eggs and cream, season. Pour all over baked crust and garnish with slices of cheese, put back into the oven for about 35 or 40 minutes, serve hot.
