Rabbit with MUSHROOMS VARIED and chocolate

A rabbit,150 grams of dried mushrooms, 20 grams of pure black chocolate,1 onion,1 carrot, 1 pepper,2 cloves of garlic, 50 grams of lard, a glass of wine blank, 250 ml. chicken stock, salt, pepper, herbs, flour and 20 grams almonds.
Cut the rabbit into quarters, season and flour. Sauté with butter. Peel the carrots, onion and garlic and add to the pan once the rabbit is browned, add the chopped pepper too. Sauté and add the species, almonds and a glass of wine. Cook and add the mushrooms, grated chocolate, and half of the broth, let it reduce and add the remaining broth. Whisk the sauce for vegetables
