100 grams of artichoke hearts, 25 grams of dried mushrooms cocktail, 50 grams. chopped serrano ham, a small onion,2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1tablespoon of bread crumbs,3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, a glass of dry sherry, salt and pepper.
