Half a kilo of rice, four tablespoons of butter, an onion, a handful of raisins, 250 grams. mushrooms or 50 grams of dried mushrooms, twelve cups of water, chicken bouillon cube, a teaspoon of curry, salt and pepper.
Melt butter and sauté the onion, add the sliced mushrooms. Add rice and sauté a bit, undo the bouillon cube in the hot water, and add 11 cups of broth to the rice. When it starts to boil, add the curry dissolved in the last cup, and raisins, season to taste and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, cover and cook at least 10 minutes
