Rice with MUSHROOMS and chestnuts

350 grams of rice,50 grams of mushrooms, chopped onion, two tablespoons of tomato sauce, 10 chestnuts peeled and blanched, boiling water, a clove of minced garlic, vegetable broth and some strands saffron.
Sauté the onion in olive oil. Add the tomatoes and stir. Add rice and sauté 2 minutes. Incorporate the mushrooms and pour in the broth. About eight minutes before finishing the rice add garlic, saffron and chestnuts. Add salt and pepper, finish cooking, rice should be loose but not soupy. Serve immediately
