Tomatoes, bread, egg and oil
Crushed ripe tomatoes available and we drained it so we get only the water of whitish colour. We cut bread and sink it in the tomato water. Once it is soaked we coat it in egg and fried it. For the candied auricular Judaea, we sink them in cool oil, when they start boiling, we remove them from fire and take mushrooms out and put them on an sulphurous paper, so paper takes all oil and mushrooms remain crunchy which will make contrasts with the French toast which will be soft.
