Nando Silvestre


500 grams of currants, raspberries and strawberries, one cup orange juice,125 grams of sugar,1 cup of water, three tablespoons of rum, four sheets of isinglass.
Wash and cut the berries. Marinate in liquor. Pour the water and sugar in a saucepan and cook three to four minutes until you have a fine syrup. Chill. Soak gelatin, drain and cut into pieces. Add the orange juice and syrup, stir to dissolve the gelatin. Line a foil mold and pour the liquid about 2-3 cm. Then put in the freezer to curdle. Decorate with red fruits, whole or in pieces, pour in the remaining liquid. Refrigerate 24 hours.
