200g of frozen berries, 150 to 170 g sugar, a little lemon juice.
Putting forest fruits in a bowl with sugar and lemon, thaw about six hours. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring with a wooden spoon, until it has the consistency and texture of jam. Remove from heat and set aside. Sterilize a jar in a pot of boiling water, leave for a few minutes, remove and dry with a clean cloth, put in the jam and make a vacuum.
