Artichokes and mushrooms with ham

100 grams of artichoke hearts,250 mixed mushrooms, 50 grm chopped serrano ham, a small onion, two tablespoons of olive oil, a tablespoon of bread crumbs, three tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, a glass of dry sherry, salt and pepper.
Sauté the onion and mushrooms. Add the ham and breadcrumbs, artichokes and wine. Cook for 10 minutes, season and add the grated cheese, mix well. serve
