Scrambled eggs with baby eel

300 grams or 50 grams of mushrooms medley, 125 grams of baby eels, four cloves of garlic, five eggs, a chili, salt and olive oil.
 Brown the diced garlic and chili, after five minutes add the diced mushrooms and eels and cook another five minutes.Add the beaten eggs and stir continuosly until firm.
